For customers who chose transfers Upon your arrival, please refer to your voucher for the necessary information to get to your airport transfer company. You will find emergency phone numbers on your voucher.

     

As a Gendronski client, as you booked your accommodation with us, your lift tickets will be delivered to your check-in location prior to your arrival to Sun Peaks. For guests who did not book accommodation via Gendronski, please present your ski voucher at the ticket window/guest services to redeem your lift tickets.

     

If you are an Ikon Pass holder, please go to the ticket window and show your Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass or Ikon Session Pass. How to get on the mountain with your Ikon Pass: https://www.ikonpass.com/en/how-to-use-your-ikon-pass

       

The voucher must be presented at the rental shop of the resort so that you are handed your rental equipment. We you recommend picking up your gear at the end of the day the day before your first day of skiing, so you don’t have to wait in line on your first day of skiing.
